Order Processing & Delivery Time
After your order is successfully placed, our team will begin preparing it for shipment.
Order Processing Time:
Most orders are processed and handed over for shipment within 3 business days.
Estimated Shipping Time:
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery usually takes 10–20 business days, depending on your location, local carrier operations, customs clearance, and other logistical factors.
Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will generally begin processing on the next available business day.
Please note that all delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

We charge a flat shipping rate of $5.99 USD for standard delivery.

Shipping Locations:
To help deliver orders efficiently, packages may be shipped from our fulfillment centers located in the United States, Canada, Australia, and the European Union, or directly from our manufacturing partners when this provides a faster or more suitable delivery route.
The shipping origin may vary depending on product availability, warehouse capacity, and the destination address.
Tracking Your Shipment
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please allow a few business days after dispatch for the tracking number to become active. Tracking information may not update immediately after the shipment is created.
Tracking Delays & Transit Updates
It is common for tracking information to remain unchanged for several days while a package is moving between carrier facilities, customs checkpoints, or international logistics hubs.
If your tracking page has shown an update within the past 7 days, your parcel is generally still moving through the delivery network.
Please contact our customer support team if there has been no tracking update for more than 7 days.
Delays may occasionally occur due to customs inspections, carrier disruptions, severe weather, peak-season volume, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Split Shipments
If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped in separate packages.
This may happen when products are stored in different warehouses or when separate shipments allow your items to arrive sooner.
When an order is divided into multiple shipments, each package may receive its own tracking number. Tracking details will be sent to the email address used when placing the order.
Order Changes
Requests to change order details are highly time-sensitive.
If you need to update your shipping address, recipient name, phone number, product selection, or any other order information, please email us within 12 hours of placing your order.
Please include the following information in your message:
- Order Number
- Order Email
- The exact change you would like to request
We will do our best to assist you. However, changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing, fulfillment, or shipment.
Missed Delivery
If the carrier attempts delivery and cannot complete it, they may leave a delivery notice or provide instructions for pickup or redelivery.
If this occurs, please contact your local post office or delivery carrier directly and provide your tracking number for assistance.
Lost Packages
If a carrier investigation confirms that your package was lost during transit, Handgiftsmart will arrange a replacement shipment at no additional cost.

Packages Marked as Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows that your order was successfully delivered but you cannot locate the package, we recommend checking with household members, neighbors, building management, your mailbox area, or your local carrier.
Once the tracking status confirms successful delivery, Handgiftsmart is not responsible for packages that are lost, misplaced, or stolen after delivery.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs duties, import taxes, and related fees are not included in the product price or shipping fee paid at checkout.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Please carefully review your address before submitting your order.
Handgiftsmart is not liable for failed deliveries, lost packages, returned parcels, or delays caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information.

- Our delivery responsibility ends once the carrier confirms the package has been successfully delivered.
- We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
