Ordering & Payments
How can I use a discount code?
You may enter a discount code during the checkout process before completing payment. Please follow these steps:
- Choose the item you would like to purchase and add it to your cart.
- Proceed to checkout by selecting the available payment option, including PayPal or debit/credit card payment.
- On mobile devices, tap “Show order summary” to reveal the discount code field.
- On desktop, the discount code box will usually appear on the right side of the checkout page.
- Enter your code, apply it, and confirm that the discount has been reflected before completing your order.
Once the discount has been successfully applied, you may continue payment through PayPal, debit card, credit card, or any other available payment method.

Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Handgiftsmart offers worldwide shipping.
To help improve delivery efficiency, orders may be shipped from different fulfillment facilities depending on product availability and the destination address. We aim to dispatch each order from the location that can provide the most suitable delivery route.
How long will delivery take?
After your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery timeframe is usually 10–20 business days.
Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs procedures, local carrier operations, peak seasons, holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.
How can I track my package?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
You may use this tracking number to follow your shipment through universal tracking platforms such as 17track.net, or through the tracking page provided by the carrier when available.
Why has my tracking information not updated?
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after your package has been dispatched.
It is also normal for tracking to pause temporarily while the parcel is moving between carrier facilities, customs checkpoints, or logistics hubs. If the tracking has not updated for an extended period, you may contact us at support@handgiftsmart.com for assistance.
Why did I receive only part of my order?
Orders containing multiple items may sometimes be shipped separately. This can happen when products are stored in different warehouses or when separate shipments allow faster delivery.
If your order is split into multiple parcels, each shipment may have its own tracking number. We will send the relevant tracking details to the email address used when placing the order.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Can I update my shipping address, recipient name, or phone number?
Order changes are time-sensitive. If you need to correct your shipping address, name, or phone number, please contact us as soon as possible at support@handgiftsmart.com.
To help us process your request efficiently, please include:
- Your Order Number
- The email address used for the order
- The complete and corrected shipping information
We will do our best to help if the order has not yet been processed for shipment. Once the order has been shipped, delivery information can no longer be changed.
Can I change the product, size, color, or quantity in my order?
If you need to adjust the items in your order, please email support@handgiftsmart.com immediately.
Your message should include:
- Your Order Number
- Your order email address
- The exact change you would like to request
Please note that changes can only be made if the order has not yet entered the fulfillment or shipping stage.
Can I cancel my order?
An order may only be canceled before it has been dispatched.
Please contact support@handgiftsmart.com as soon as possible if you wish to request a cancellation. A handling fee may apply depending on the status of the order.
Once an order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled. In that case, you may review our return or refund policy for available options.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

- Clear photos or a video showing the damaged product
- A photo of the shipping label on the package
Once we receive the required information, our team will review the issue and assist you with the next steps.
What if the product appears to have a quality issue or defect?

- Photos or a video clearly showing the defect

What should I do if I received the wrong item or something is missing?
If you received an incorrect product or part of your order is missing, please contact support@handgiftsmart.com.

Account & Communication
I did not receive my order confirmation email. What should I do?
Please first check your spam, junk, or promotions folder, as automated emails may occasionally be filtered there.
If you still cannot locate the confirmation email, please contact support@handgiftsmart.com and provide the name and email address you believe were used at checkout. Our team will help locate your order and resend the confirmation email when available.
I have not received my tracking number yet. What should I do?
Tracking numbers are typically sent within 1–2 business days after your order has been processed.
If this timeframe has passed, please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still have not received tracking information, contact our support team at support@handgiftsmart.com for an update.
